Is this a breach of contract

Im with Vodafone at the moment via phones 4 you

Ive been with them for a fair few months now and out of the blue they stopped the direct debits so past 3 months ive paid by calling them could i have a case to terminate the contract due to this reason???

No, is the short answer.

By calling and paying them manually you've shown you're aware of the problem. At this point you should have asked them to reinstate the DD.

If they refuse or simply don't do it, then you might have a chance of leaving the contract. But still slim as it's up to you to organise the payment and ensure your bill is paid each month.

I dropped an email to the CEO and got a phone call this afternoon and for the trouble i got this months bill wiped
