Wireless Wont stay on after reboot

Trying to fix my mums new laptop,she got a fujitsu amilo L7320 and the wireless option does not stay on as default after a reboot, once into windows can do FN and and F2 option to enable but again after a reboot it wont stay on

Any ideas had a look in the BIOS but cant see anything that sticks out

I suppose there are loads of trouble shooting options but try this out. Click Start, Run and type services.msc and this opens the services page. Check at the bottom of the page and you will find wireless zero configuration. Make sure this is set to automatic and that it is started.
