I there,

I want to put a wired network in my home. It's already wired with twin sets of cat5 cable but
- I don't know where they go from the dist box
- I want cheapest dual Ethernet and telephone faceplates

Any recommendations as to what and where to get them much appreciated. Also, Is there an easy way to test what cable goes where without dismantling everything.

A cheap cable tester will allow you to label up what goes where (try ebay).
