Hi, saw this article and thought "wow" I have to share!

On one level I am amazed by the detail in his setup and on another level I think that it is way-overcomplicated. Can he achieve anything that one man and his acoustic guitar couldn't achieve just as well?

lol, yeah that's a bit that stood out to me. His tech strings all 21 guitars before every show - there must be a guitar conveyor belt on stage

I can't believe he restrings for every show, that's nuts. A lot of those will only be used for one song. I'd be more worried about going out of tune and having to set the guitar up every day than it losing freshness after one song. And it doesn't say much for his green credentials

Man, if I was a full time guitarist and had his earnings, I'm sure I'd devote as much time and money to my set up too
