Hi all,

I'm probably being hopeful that someone here will know this, but I thought I'd give it a shot anyway.

Basically I need to know what a song is called, but I don't know the words, I just know the tune, which I can't sing on the net! and none of my mates know what it's called. It's a happy song, with a nice little minor chorus type thing. Incredibly cheesy, and everyone would know it if I could sing it to you, but the name of it escapes me. It's a kind of 'feel good pop song'; quite up beat, bouncy. The guitar part is particularly bouncy with some 'stabs' on a fairly high note throughout the main rhythm/riff.

The only bit I remember is when it says "wimoweh" but it's not 'the lion sleeps tonight' and when it goes from the chorus (minor) to the verse, there's a held vocal note, but I can't remember what he's singing!!!

Hopefully someone can get through this and tell me what it's called because I need to learn it, it's in my head!

The original title of "Wimoweh" was "M'Bube" (Zulu for "lion") with tons of covers.
Other than that, I think we need more info to guess this one.
