Two bands and two songs you found on spotify that you knew nothing about before.

Ok, I'll start this little fun thread (I hope), I spend a lot of time on Spotify now and listen to alot of music, anything I like I buy, sometimes I just try and find tracks that I can barely recall from years ago.

Anyway, recently I disovered a few bands I reeally like at the moment, so If i share TWO with you and TWO tracks, I hope others will as well, it's always good to discover new music, even from old bands.

1) Band-"Soft Machine" , track "Nettle Bed",
To my eternal shame, I had never heard of this band despite liking late 60s early 70's jazz fusion (Nuclear for example). This track is not even from the original line up but is addictive as hell, I can see myself getting Led Zep/ Pink Floyd like addiction to this band.

2) Band "Neu!" , track "Hallogallo"
Two ex-members of Kraftwerk put this addictive ten minute track together, never heard of them, though I am not a Kraftwek addict as such.

Enjoy!

I'm struggling to think of two, but I knew nothing about Mogwai

last.fm > Spotify for finding new music. Not knocking Spotify, it provides a good (though different) service.
