Is it an actual NIN track? Also who are Streetsweeper?

I also love they called it NIN/JA, very cool.

And yep, I also haven't heard of Street Sweeper ... so here's what Uncle Wiki said ...

Street Sweeper is an American rap rock supergroup, formed in Los Angeles, California in 2006. The band primarily consists of guitarist Tom Morello of Rage Against the Machine and vocalist/emcee Boots Riley of The Coup. The band has been testing songs out during Tom Morello's Nightwatchman tour, and are set to release an album in 2009. Stanton Moore drummed for the group for the recording of the album although it is not clear whether he will be a full time member of the group.

Street Sweeper will be opening for Nine Inch Nails and Jane's Addiction starting in May 2009

On March 20, 2009, two unreleased songs, 'Not So Pretty Now' and 'Non-Entity' (both left over from the With Teeth sessions) were released as a free download on www.ninja2009.com as a new tour sampler, alongside newly recorded Jane's Addiction and Street Sweeper songs.
