Question PRS negotiations

Anyone have any views on this?

I used to enjoy Pandora, which stopped UK access due to a break down of contract negotiations and it looks like other content providers will be following suite. Is this another case of rip off Britain? Which could limit UK consumers access to media, or should PRS stick to there guns?
