Up and coming bands that deserve success.
I thought I'd start a thread regarding up & coming bands that you guy's out their may know about and who you think deserve success!
A band that are truly original are the Beestings.
Heres a link to their site......
Bee Stings
They released their self funded début album last year on their own record label (Councilpop Records) called Life by Misadventure.
Here's a video by them
If this band don't make it big then there's no musical justice!
All the best.

The Beestings are the standout act out of those 2 for me.
Heres my contribution, The Hot Puppies. They aren't really new on the scene but I expected them to be a massive hit in 2008 which sadly didn't happen. This is my fave track of theirs "the King of England" which had a bit of radio play but not massive amounts.

I'm a big fan of The Whip - they've been aound for a couple of years now and their first album (released last year) 'X Marks Destination' is a cracker
This is a live version of Trash from D'Percussion in 2007

Wow 2 great songs from a couple of bands worth looking out for!
What I like about a lot of bands at the moment is that they have a great 80's sound to them.
Steve I might have a couple of rounds of Killzone2 with you one morning this week. I'll send you a friends request on PSN.

There was some serious crap music in the 80s - let's hope these peeps don't end up going down that road.
