LED ZEP DVD and CD Are they the same?

After all the great reviews I've seen for the latest Led Zepplin Live stuff, I was about to rush out and buy both the DVD and CD, but it occured to me that I could copy the stereo mix off the DVD onto CD or minidisc for car/walkman use. Question is are they the same recordings or do they differ on the two formats?

Zoso interview in today's Sun (read it in Tesco having brekkie) - not much in it except he ruled out any reforming of the band:

"The group members haven't actually discussed it" "It won't happen until we've discussed it musically. We'd do it clandestinely & see whether it's a going concern"

So he didn't really rule it out, it's just not going to happen yet.

Couple of stats in the article:

"How the west was won" went to No1 in the US with sales of over 150000 copies in the first week.

The DVD has sold over 1 million copies

The DVD is superb.....and I'm not even a full-on Zep fan.....even my son who normally treats us to Linkin Park and Limp Watnot loves it.
