Jeff Buckley Documentary -- BBC2 tonight 11:20pm

As the title says, 'Everybody Here Wants You', a Jeff Buckley documentary from BBC4 is aired tonight on BBC2. Some blurb :

Documentary about the singer-songwriter who mysteriously drowned in May 1997. Featuring recordings of live performances and exclusive interviews with famous fans and personal friends, including Brad Pitt, Elizabeth Fraser of the Cocteau Twins, Jimmy Page and Chrissie Hynde.
(Subtitles)

Short notice, I know. Should have posted yesterday.

Facinating and inspiring, even Jimmy Page was in awe
didnt know his partner was one of the cocteau twins.

The Grifters connection was interesting and having looked them up, they had a counterpart called guided by voices, so more albums for me to buy

i didn't see this thread till now, but i did see the last 20 odd minutes of the show. that kid's voice really gives meaning to the phrase "spine tingling"! i would so love to hear that second album, even though it only exists as four track demoes.

Im going to buy the second one, four track lo-fi is not so bad if you have a talented artist, wouldnt let it put you off.
