McLusky ??

Why did'nt I know about this band ?? Anyone else listen to the album? If you want to hear a track try www.rathergood.com (ya know , the one with the cartoon cats) and theres a download of cats swearing and going mad. The track is called 'lightsabre c**ksucking blues' Want me to describe it..........ferocious.

I like that one , there used to be a cartoon with Immigrant Song by Led Zep, Joel seems to have used the Norse cats for Electric Six's Gay Bar.

I'm sure I have heard of Mclusky before but I cant think why. Am not really into all this new fangled punk, dont mind a bit of Greenday but give me SLF any day.

Its not really new fangled, more like the Pixies than anything else, unless of course your calling that, new fangled.

An SLF fan should have a look at a group from my dim and distant past, Back Door (rock jazz Fusion) with an amazing Bass guitar, infact the whole thing was centred around the Bass. Try self titled debut or 8th streest nights. This is where bands like SLF came from.
