CD singles ??

HI all ,

Just a quick question , I heard that places like Woolworths are no longer selling CD singles. I am one of these people that prefer a CD over an MP3 (if possible) so i was wondering if every high strret retailer will be follwing woolys with this.

I only ask as I dont really listen to a lot of chart music these days , but came across this song this morning and really want to buy it.

Re: CD singles ??

Woolies have said that they are only going to sell "event" cd singles (yes, that means the X factor or possibly some recently dead, famous person).

CD Singles have been in decline for sometime.

Like yourself, I prefer having the cd rather than a download,. even at 320kps I'd still rather have the cd single

Yes, certain HMV stores do still sell CD singles, and not just ones that are currently in the charts either.
There might also be a local independent record shop near you that does too.
Failing this, there's still Amazon and eBay also.

p.s. Is that Katy Perry's new single?
