Also like that they've gone with a rockier tune again (ditching Ronson & Winehouse), loved Chris Cornell's one for the last movie. They could have used him again, since Quantum of Solace is a direct sequel to Casino Royale, picking up the story straight after the end of that film.

Awful - nothing memorable. Doesn't have a bond theme vibe. Sounds like one of those crap remix things they used to do on the Q music channel when they combined 2 songs from different genres and ruin them both, but worse.

On the second playing it sounded much better.

Saw the thing on Channel 4 for it, and stared in pure horror - what an absolutley awful, awful song! I mean it was terrible, what are they thinking! The movie must be really something as the song surely isn't going to attract the punters.

At least in that I could tell what she was singing, I too think Barry sould never have been repalced. I did not mind too much the 2 that came after but it then took a steep nose dive.

I'm not a fan of the Whoooooooooaaaaaa bit in the middle, but apart from that, it actually goes with the opening credist really well.

The music video makes it seem a bit all over the place, but it works when sitting through the credits at the cinema. I quite like it.

It's a moderately acceptable song as a standalone but as a Bond tune it's pretty dire though not as bad as 'Die Another Day' which was simply terrible all round. The problem is there's no hummability about it whatsoever, something even the vastly superior 'You Know My Name' had. With this in mind, I'm not surprised at all to find out that there are only two songs out of five in the history of David Arnold's reign as Bond score composer that did not have his input: 'Die Another Day' and 'Another Way To Die'.
