Metallica New Album - 9th June

Metallica are to release their 10th album (8th Studio) entitled St.Anger on June 9th 2003, featuring 12 new tracks & a limited edition bonus DVD of rehearsal material.

Lets just hope it was better than Re-Load !!

Supposed to be full of pent up aggression, blah, blah, yackety, yack. I dont think they have the will to make any more decent albums, once a group starts to go off it, they rarely get better.

Hope Im proved wrong but chances are it will be re named ' another load '

There were a few decent tracks from reload and load , Fuel being one, but no new ground was covered.

Been a 'tallica fan since '87 and have seen many, many changes. From what i've read throughout the web world there may be another, and it may be one of the most unexpected yet.
Just you wait.

P.S Karkus30, is that a Hetfield avatar?

I have been a long fan of'em well not as long as Dapper Dan.
Am I the only one who thought that even though Load and reload are not the same style they are still great albums???
Anyway I'll definately get this one as well. (with the DVD:D)

From what've read about the new album, fans of the older stuff should be v.pleased. If the reviews are to be believed it has more in common with the Master Of Puppets & ...And Justice For All than the two Loads.

I personally cannot wait to get my hands on this album, 6 years is too long to wait for new material!
