Question Locating CDs by track title

Can Anyone help please.

My wife has to locate a piece of music for a dance routine.
The title is "Java".

I've tried searching on web with no luck yet. So my question is: Are there any good sites for finding a CD by a single track rather than album title.

BTW the dance is Latin, Samba I think.
TIA

Cool

If you have music section in your library or is connected to a net work of other libraries try asking one of the staff to go onto the computer and find it for you and borrow if from them.
I know the piece of music sort of music I call plink plonk.
Latin, Samba well I suppose who is playing it. I will ask my dad tomorrow what it dance category it comes under as he he plays an organ.

Amazon lets you do this, in the advanced music search.

Thanks guys.
With your help, we located quite a few versions of "Java".

My wife will order it today, either the Al Hirt or Bert Kaempfert version. AVFORUMS has a new fan and I've got some brownie points.

BTW, Squirrel God, "Java" is the tune used on the Honda Civic ad. The colourful one where the kids build a plastic car. It's the great Andre Popp remix and stays in your head.

Thanks again folks.

Thanks, Garrett.

I suppose you can change the tempo of any piece to suit, but I'm not sure.

I found a sample here: http://www.dancevision.com/store/CD341/
track 18 if you'd like to hear it as a samba.

Regards,
Jim

Your right about altering the tempo I have heard the same piece of music in film use for action scenes and love scenes all they do is alter the tempo and orchestration.

That sites version of Java does sound like a samba to me.
