Re: Cheltenham Jazz Festival

Blimey the silence is deafening.
We've booked some tickets now for friday night at the Uni. Giles Peterson with Jose James, Elan Mehler and Tawiah. Saturday afternoon Nicola Conte, and saturday night at the town hall with the Heritage Orchestra and Bonobo DJ'ing.
If anyone's interested in what goes on I'll report back later.

I love jazz but Cheltenham's along way away. Also you gave no details of what was happening in your first post.

All the best

Re: Cheltenham Jazz Festival

Sorry people I probably should have posted on the general chat forum and called my post " what to do in Cheltenham". I was hoping for some info about what the venues are like, good bars with live music, preferably free, nice restaurants etc. And, as a long shot Gwyneth Herberts hotel and room number.
Bri you should make a weekend of it, tho' I think you may struggle for a hotel room now.
