Never seen him live... just wondered what to expect. Got tix for Old Trafford in May.

Does he still do 3-4 hour sets these days?

Re: Anyone going to see Broooooooce?

current tour is 2 1/2 hrs

if you look on bruce's website you can see the set lists for each show played.

but if you want it to be a surpise then dont.

I'll be at all 4 UK shows.

Re: Anyone going to see Broooooooce?

I was going to see him at the Emirates until I heard that they will limit the volume.

I've been to several outdoor gigs where they have done the same. I'm all for protecting my hearing but normally all you can hear is people jabbering on around you.

You can't have The Boss at that volume !!!

Re: Anyone going to see Broooooooce?

Got 10 shows coming up starting with the 3 in florida in April, ending in both at the Nou Camp in July. You will be blown away as long as x factor isnt your thing.

Re: Anyone going to see Broooooooce?

I envy you, going to see him for the first time. I would advise you to buy tickets for another concert too, try to catch him in Cardiff in case you get the bug.

He is not up to his 4hr shows these days but still manages more audience involvment and communication than anyone else.

I first saw him in 1981, Still remember it clearly - helped by a bootleg CD

Re: Anyone going to see Broooooooce?

Thanks guys

Was a big fan of his older material - Asbury Park, Darkness on the Edge of Town, Born to Run, The River.

Dropped out after he did Nebraska ( - just shows I should have stuck with him).

Always regretted not seeing him over the years. Had kids 15 years ago which put paid to any gig going for a while. Only wanted to go and see him with the E-Street Band so am really chuffed he is on the road with the whole gang.

I'll be checking up on the set lists and getting together some sort of back catalogue so that I can sing along to all the tunes (BTW anyone know which albums most of the tracks are off?) I recognise the really old stuff.... so if anyone can rattle off the album names quickly it would be much appreciated
