Any on the site? I've been listening to Muse for a few years now (think I got Showbiz back in 2001, shortly followed by Origin Of Symmetry....
Anyway, reason I posted was I think I have just decided that "Space Dementia" (from Origin Of Symetry) is one of the most underrated but most perfect songs ever - phenominal piece of composition! and just executed so well!
I just heard the piano lick on a Dior advert on TV which prompted a listen to it, hence this thread

Bought Showbiz when it first came out and have bought every album since except Hullaballoo. OOS is a great album, although I really have developed a liking for Black Holes despite thinking it was mediocre initially (the hype was far too much !!!!).

Its a stunning gig with the perfect combination of Citizen Erased and Space Dementia in amongst the many highlights.. Add Deadstar and a scorching version of Stockholm Syndrome and you have the most played album on my ipod.
If you like the Origin Of Symetry stuff most of all, get the Hullabaloo DVD containing their 2002 gig at the Zenith, Paris. Its superb.

Have to admit i'm a huge fan....probably now my favourite band ever!
From the first time i heard 'Plug in Baby' i was hooked. Very underrated band initially and selling out Wembley Stadium on two nights is testament to how they are now more accepted in the mainstream.
I agree about 'Space Dementia'. For me its one of their finest tracks. The live version on 'Hullabaloo' is outstanding,
I've seen them 4 times now, 2nd night at Earls Court in 2004(Right at the back of that hangar), at Birmingham NEC and Nottingham Ice Arena in 2006 and first night at Wembley Stadium last year.
A stunning band live and worthy of all the awards they have been winning in the last few years!
Go get 'The Haarp Tour' CD/DVD when it comes out March 17th.

HUGE fan here.
Saw them live for the first time as a support act for LIVE at the Brixton academy, pre Showbiz. Also say them at Wolverhampton Civic Hall in support of OOS.
I think they are the best band around at the moment and have a ticket in the stalls to see them at the RAH in April.

a bit surprised there's been no mention of this yet ...
New album The Resistance released 14th Sept: - "Uprising" – 5:02 (first single due for release 7th Sept)
- "Resistance" – 5:46
- "Undisclosed Desires" – 3:56
- "United States of Eurasia/Collateral Damage" – 5:47
- "Guiding Light" – 4:13
- "Unnatural Selection"
- "MK Ultra"
- "I Belong to You/Mon Cœur S'ouvre à ta Voix"
- "Exogenesis: Symphony Part I (Overture)"
- "Exogenesis: Symphony Part II (Cross Pollination)"
- "Exogenesis: Symphony Part III (Redemption)"
I'd previously registered at their Muse — PROJECT EURASIA site
and earlier this week (and still available) they made United States of Eurasia/Collateral Damage available for free download (320kbps MP3) @ Muse — PROJECT EURASIA ... looking at that site now, I'm not sure they're taking new registrations; and you need to sign in to access the mp3
NME link in my sig below is a recent(ish) story on the album

brilliant band, seen them 5 times now (including the sunday at Wembley which was brill!), only thing that concerns me is the future of their 'sound', Showbiz, Origin & Absolution are epic albums which will no doubt become future classics but Black Holes & Revelations was a slight step back in my opinion, still a great album but it's obvious they are going down the electro/synth route now. Ive listened to United States of Eurasia too which sounds great but maybe a little too Queen?
Matt Bellamy is one of the best guitarists of our time, every time ive see him play live i was blown away, he never plays a song the same way twice! For this reason alone I hope the Resistance is more guitar based but from interviews ive read this probably won't be the case
