Can anyone remember the name of this dance song?

Hi folks, its been buggin me for a while. Saw it on Mtv Dance ages ago. It was a black bald guy dancing on a bit of cardboard outside an American Diner. I mind someone telling me the story behind it, something like he started danchin when his girlfriend left him and he isnt gonna stop dancin til she comes back. Anyone mind it or did I just make it up!

Ok, OK...got me racking my brains now. Similar deal - dance type music (Moby? Chems?). Maybe a celeb(?) at an airport, or was it at a "mall" by the escalator. Starts dancing - he was wearing a sharp suit. What was that one called, was it a Celeb, who was he and what was the track...? Been thinking of this for a week and had forgotten until I read this tread..Doh!!
