please try and help, i have been trying to find the song for so long

so the music video is about these two brothers, one is probably around 17 (dark shortish hair) and the other one is probably about 12 or 13 (longer sandy blonde). They're parents are abusive towards eachother and fight constantly. as a result, both brothers start taken ecstacy pills (or some type of drug) and then the older one trys to force his younger brother into taking them, resulting the younger to refuse and skate away on his skateboard.

Its been bugging me for years, it was a song that was on kiss music channel around 2000-2001, it was garage I think, It was a really catchy beat, the video was set in a dull setting in a house or flat, there was someone playing decks I believe. It seemed to be a drug house or something with men in there 20's around. There was a young girl dressed brightly and had lots of make up on, school uniform high heels, jumping around on the sofa or bed to the music... there may have been two girls even? I thnk a little brother or boy was watching through the door ajar? it was a great tune and Id love to hear it again! hope someone can help me

Hi Im not sure if you rememer around this time too there was a song similar to this and azido da bass, dooms night, it was kinda house garage though and had a young girl, maybe two, dressed in their school uniforms wearing lots of make up, jumping on a bed or sofa, the younger bro or boy was peering through the door ajar while the beat kicks in, it driven me and my sister mad for about 5 years now with no luck...please help!!
