Cool Going to see The Music on tuesday.

Bit of a conflict in the subject line

Sorry to harp on about this band, but as I was in the boro' on saturday, walked past the town hall and noticed The Music were playing a gig on Tuesday, bought last two tickets.

I saw this group last year at Newcastle University and they were excellent, the album doesnt do the live performance justice.

Looking forward to a good dance about, brilliant. Anyone else attending the icy reaches of Teeside?

A friend of mine loves 'em and sent me a few MP3s for me to sample. Can't say I thought they were anything special.

Early days for them, but dont listen to their recordings, in concert they are brilliant. They are now big in Japan and sellout a stadium in 10 mins flat.

That's useful then.

I'll invite them round to my flat and see if I change my mind about them.

Cheers

Can't say they could ever be my favourite band, but they are very good, and the album is a great listen. Obvious singles though.

Saw them last night, full house, it was bouncing, crowd surfing (not me) the lot. Fantastic. Noticed that they are critics choice in the times and thet are now titled Led Zeps grandsons, not sure about that, but theres definitely the ghost of Plant in his voice. Have to see them again before they become stadium fodder .

If you get chance, go and see them, you will definitely not be disappointed.
