Recommend me an electric piano\keyboard

Can anybody recommend me an electric piano\keyboard for around £500.00. Not to sure if I should go for second hand or new.

My main purpose is for playing the piano but would welcome a combined keyboard as long as the keys are weighted and touch sensitive. After 7 odd years of learing and practising I feel that I am ready to purchase one properly, as up till now I have used an old upright , but now the tuning and repairs required after such boogie bashing is gonna be quite expensive
