Music Association

Does anyone else find themselves associating there music to a time or event in their lives.

For example, the corrs 2nd album reminds me of my holiday in greece as its the only cd i took and i was only 9 at the time.

Robbie williams - escapology reminds me of my holiday in slovenia as its the only cd i took that all my family would agree to play in the car

Kooks and the feeling albums remind me of my holidays last year in wales for the same reason as above

Arctic monkeys first album reminds me of when i had a scooter as i listened to it a lot while i was looking around and finally buying it

More recently, gym class heroes - clothes off reminds me of my friend because its on his myspace and foundations by kate nash reminds me of a party i went to as i heard it for the first time in the morning after the party when i woke up and it was really wierd as the song really suited the previous nights events between a friend and his girlfriend.

Share your association stories and enlighten us all, i'm really bored at home on a saturday night btw.
