Fancy swapping, i must have a faulty copy? I've only given it one listen, but its dull as dishwater. 4 years of waiting, for this, most of the tracks sound the same, and whats with the country western crap at the end?

I thought that about the first album on the intial couple of plays. However, it was a real grower, and while I don't rave over it, it's still a solid effort. This ones probably the same.

One of the problems is you tend to expect GnR type explosives, but VR just aren't like that.

Loved Contraband, looking forward to giving this a listen, despite the fact it has been panned by the critics

Re: Anyone bought the new Velvet Revolver album?

So, i've listened to the album a few times now, and although the first half of the album is ok, the 2nd half is dross.
