MP3 player help .. desperate

Looking for 'cheap' MP3 player.

Play WMA and MP3 files
64MB min
Must work on Windows 98 (i dont have 98SE)
Must have fast forward and rewind 'within' a track.

I have some close options. The Kiiro - but that does not play WMA. The NEX IIE but that needs Windows 98SE minimum. The Rio600 - but that does not allow fast forward of rewind within a track. It only skips back and forth with tracks.

Im half minded to go with the 128mb Kiiro that has no WMA ability or expansion. But if i do, i am worried the MP3 format may be stopped in favour of WMA?

Any help much appreciated!! Maybe the NEX II (not IIe) is still available somewhere?
