i'm not going as i went a couple of years ago, but the lineup on both days was really great, with load of bands i wanted to see and i was front row at the main stage for goldie lookin chain, scissor sistors, franz ferdinand, the thrills and pj harvey, i think in that order on the sunday, which was a really great start to the day, and i also saw nerd, wu tang clan, katie melua, the darkness, the strokes, electric six, and keane, all of whom i wanted to see, altho the darkness and the strokes didn't live up to expectations. bowie was supposed to play that year, which would have been really great, but he had to pull out
i much prefer smaller gigs, the largeness of t in the park or hyde park at live 8 is just a bit much for me
out of this years acts tho, lilly allen on friday nite would be good, the killers, razorlight and arcade fire on the saturday, james morrison isn't bad, i'd also see the klaxons and jamie t, on sunday scissor sisters would be good as they love glasgow (the barras gig last year was great), the fratellis would be alright, paulo nutini would be good, plus kasabian, i'd really like to see mika, he will be a huge hit, plus tori amos and amy winehouse are both really great, and damien rice would probably be great too. the kooks will prolly be good too
so it's not a bad line up at all, it just might be lacking the really big names
