To this day I don't even own 10 DVD-As and SACDs combined. Why are Sony and the like spending zero time marketing these products?

If they did I'm confident they would have had a much bigger market share. Both formats easily surpass CD yet very few people even know they exist.

Particularly in the case of Sony why aren't Hybrid-SACDs standard? They did this with Sting's - Sacred Love.

Anyway on to my question: Is there a SA-CD.NET for DVD-A?

It seems nigh on impossible to find out when SACDs and DVD-As are getting released. Even SACD while extensive really needs a layout overhaul. Where's the "Coming Soon"? or "Top titles"? or "Out Now"? sections.

I usually find out about them by luck

Correction I own 12 DVD-As/SACDs and 3 DTS Discs (2 of which are now on DVD-A).
