Meat Puppets - Forbidden places

I had this cd (excellent in my opinion) many years ago, but it has since rotted and peeled.

I never got round to replacing it, but now I wish to, I have found out it has been discontinued/deleted
To make things worse, I no longer have the CD or case.

Without resorting to a 2nd hand copy from an unknown source, does anybody have any suggestions or contacts or is anyone willing to part with their copy?

Amazon have 1 used copy for 13.99 from a seller with only 78% positive feedback.

I can't find any addresses to contact the band members nor the label. (Nord Sud)

I sincerely hope that whoever has publishing rights for this album doesn't let it disappear. It deserves to be on the shelves of music shops and in peoples collections.

I had a look on the iTunes store but they don't have that album, but there are about 8 Meat Puppets albums on there.

yes, the others are on different labels (earlier releases) or were bigger sellers (post Nirvana unplugged) and are still available. Forbidden Places (1991) was their first on a 'major' label, and hasn't had the remastering treatment earlier albums have had.

I've still got a shirt from the Forbidden Places tour somewhere. I might have to dig it out and stick it on ebay. Should get a few quid if people are paying upto $75 for the cd!
