Thanks: Gave 0, Got 3 | Pink Floyd - where to buy their CD's?
Hi guys,
I want to buy most of the Pink Floyd albums, and was wondering what is the best and cheapeast place to buy them from - any ideas?
Was hoping Amazon would be the cheapest, but unfortunately it is proving to be otherwise, and in some cases it is grossly overpriced. Quite ****** off really!
Any help will be greatly appreciated.
Thanks in advance.

A few weeks ago Amazon were doing Floyd albums for £6.97 (or something similar). That must have been a special offer because they are back up to around £12 ish .
Play.com is almost as bad...
hmmmm...... not much help I'm afraid
There's bound to be some decent offers in the sales - see what Amazon do in Jan.
CD-WOW ? not used them but a few albums for £6.99

You could try a search on www.find-cd.co.uk
just had a quick look, and Pulse can be had for £8.99 from dvd.co.uk so there are some savings to be found. http://www.dvd.co.uk/product3.asp?id...SU&CID=0&CTY=8

If you have a local Fopp store then have a look in there. Extremely well priced for everything - most of the Pink Floyd records were under £7 last summer. I picked up DSOTM SACD for just under £8.
Bear in mind that they're currently in the process of remastering Wish You Were Here. Or at least that was the case last time I heard and is why I'm holding off purchasing. |

101cd have alot of the albums for £6.99 so they may be worth checking out (although I find they can be quite slow - so it's a comprimise of price vs speed). Infact 'Wish You Were Here' is only £4.99!: http://www.101cd.com/search/artistal...ist=PINK+FLOYD
Hope this helps a bit

Gr8 prices there from floodedstatue & probably as good as you'll get new
I have bought loads of 2nd hand stuff from www,secondspin.com (based in US) PF titles are on average $8.99 (just over a fiver) 2ndspin will not buy a CD if there is a mark on it & I can't praise them highly enough ... Paul
