Question Looking for Old dance tune , help please!

I'm looking for the title and artist for an old dance tune, any help will be much appreciated.

It was on a Cream Live/mix compilation from '95/'96
(I think the cover was orange/yellow.)

The tune used a number of vocal sample's from 'Lifted'
by the lighthouse family.

These sample's were chorus parts sang by the backing singers on the above tune and were from near the end of 'Lifted'.

On the actual dance tune i'm after it went -
' Liftin' up a new horizon , liftin' up today , hey! ' .
This was on a loop and slightly speeded up from the original.

I've listened to 'Lifted' and this loop appears to be made up from three seperate lines of backing vocals.

Over to you lot!!
