Looking for a particular CD

A friend of mine is wanting to buy the Julia Forham CD That's Life and has been let down by Amazon who had it for £7.99 but now it's only available for £12.99.
Does anyone know a reliable cheap source for CDs in the UK where this is available ?
The 2nd question is about Amazon, the "buy used and new" option that you get - who are you actually buying from when you choose this ? Is it safe to give your credit card details and also what guarantee do you get that you will receive the goods that you want in good condition ?
So many questions !

I can't find Julia Forham on www.101cd.com who usually have everything available at least listed.

The "Buy Used & New" on Amazon are basically free-ads and should be treated in the same way. Some are great, some are less great but unfortunately there's no easy way of sorting between them.

I've just realised that I've spelled her name wrong, it should be Julia Fordham !

That's a whole different game!

£8.99 + £1 P&P here. Not much better than Amazon but if you get a few other discs it should work out quite well. http://www.101cd.com/music/info.asp?id=810939

The problem that I find is that only "mainstream" titles ever get discounted so I'm still stuck paying about £10 for discs because I have odd musical tastes.
