Grundig RCD 45 :/ PLEASE HELP!

Hi,
I have recently bought a Grundig RCD 45 and haven't a clue how to use it. I am a hypnotherapist and have bought it from a DJ who assured me that not only can I talk to my clients via a mic, into headphones they'll will be wearing, whilst also listening to music at the same time, I can also record these sessions, I cannot even seem to record from one CD to another at this point (there were no instructions ) can anyoe help??
