I could be mistaken with the sequence of numbers, but this is a service offered over mobile phones to identify a song.
Basically (according to the advert) you dial the number and hold your mobile out to the music and they send you a text message telling you what it is.
Has anybody used this?

Tried it one drunken afternoon in a pub when it first came out (i was doing some work for T-Mobile who were advertising/affiliating with it) and it worked quite well.
