Jim Ford's ''I'm gonna make her love me''

Country/funk crossover from back in the day that never gets airplay.

Good thread

Love's "Alone Again Or"

From the album "Forever Changes" in 1967. Whilst The Beatles and The Stones were battling it out over here, Love were quietly going about their business over in the States. They actually had more success in the UK than the US and Forever Changes is said to have inspired The Stone Roses first album - The Stone Roses

I have always thought John Miles should be much better known than he is, a great guitarist and a nice man.

This post in particular has highlighted how thick, dumb and stupid I am. I know this song via the magnificent UFO, but never realised it was a cover I deserve to go to bed without any tea.
