Today I'm mostly listening to the album, Dragon Songs by Lang Lang. It's piano based renditions of traditional Chinese and Chinese folk pieces. The piano is the main instrument, but it's sometimes augmented by the pipa. I saw a documentary on Sky Arts (Music Room) where he was interview by Howard Goodall as well as performing some pieces. He played a sublime rendition of 'Colourful Clouds Chasing The Moon' - which led me to Dragon Songs (of which it is the last track) - Fantastic music.

Then a bit of:

Fleet Foxes - Helplessness Blues

Listening to Smother by the Wild Beasts.

Very nice but sounds a little to close to Elbow at times for me. Not that I dislike Elbow but...you know...if I want Elbow I'll listen to Elbow.

It is really quite good, I'm not doing it down here.

Todays tunes to mod by have been:

C'Mon - Low, this is a grower, the more I play the more I like.
Rome - Danger Mouse & Daniele Luppi (ft Jack White and Norah Jones), I quite like the stuff DM does, this is his take on Ennio Morricone/Spaghetti western soundtracks
HA HA Sound - Broadcast, only got in to these recently when I heard a tribute to Trish Keenan on the radio when she died earlier this year.

Curly

Just got Rome and on first listen very good indeed. Have to admire Jack White for going off on so many tangents.

Great band bri and a great track too

Just finished listening to Kate Bush - Director's Cut.
Much, much better than I expected it to be. Sounds absolutely amazing when you consider that nearly every new album today is compressed to the hilt. Some really interesting new interpretations.
