Ash - Meltdown

play.com have the new Ash album 'Meltdown' in stock and ready to go - £8.99 delivered.

If you order it today, it'll probably be on your doorstep by Monday (the scheduled release date in the shops). I cant promise it, but there's a chance....

Same also goes for Gomez - Split The Difference, & The Charlatans - Up At The Lake

Heard Meltdown played in full on XFM on Tuesday night. It's heavier than their other stuff, but still the mutts nuts. I have my copy on order.

You can check it out on the XFM web site.

They also have The Charlatans.

I'm a bit of an ash nut, so I couldn't wait. I wanted the double cd set (with the extra live album), but play are out, so I ordered it from cd-wow.com for the same price as play had it (£10.99).

I will be getting this.
Always liked their music, but never bought any albums.

I saw them live for the first time last year at the Vfestival.
This was enough to encourage me to buy something...

BTW
Will be watching them again at Reading this year

I'm going to the signing in Virgin Megastores in Oxford street on sunday night. Should be awesome. Hopefully they'll sign my 1977 album too :D

Got all my stuff signed, they played an excellent set, not just new tracks either. The album is excellent by the way. A must buy for Ash fans.

Querried cd-wow to find out why my order of the 2 cd edition was still showing as "pre-order", and they said they are having delays in receiving stock from their suppliers, but are "hopeful" they will be able to fullfill their existing orders, although they can't say when.

Play are also out, so hunting for somewhere else that has it, then I'll cancel the order with cd-wow. This is the first time I've used them...and possibly the last.

MunichMag - best price I can find the Ltd 2CD Edition online is £9.99 delivered at www.virginmegastores.co.uk, but it's still listed as pre-order so you might not get it this week!

If you can't wait it might be worth going to your local ASDA or Tesco, or scowering Virgin, HMV and MVC!?

Hope this helps
