Thanks: Gave 1,158, Got 583 | Summer themed songs wanted
As I'm going to Portugal in the summer to see England win Euro 2004 I'm trying to compile some music to take with me. What I'm looking for is summer themed music, so far I've got:-
In the summer time
Here comes the sun
Always the sun
Peaches
Golden brown (it reminds me of summer)
Fiesta
Summertime blues
Here comes the summer
Holidays in the sun

"Steal My Sunshine" by Len
"Boys of Summer" by various artists at one time or another
"The Boys Are Back In Town" by Thin Lizzy
"Brad Logan" by Rancid
"Surfin' Bird" by The Ramones
"Good Vibrations" by the Beach Boys
"Summer of '69" by Bryan Adams
and less themed, but still fun:
"Kicking Pidgeons" by [spunge]
Stranglers fan are we John?

Ian Pooley's "Since Then" is the ultimate summer feel album.

Summer Time :Gershwin
Cruel Summer: Bananarama
Summer Breeze: Isley Brothers
Summer Nights : Marianne Faithfull
Summer of '42: (The Summer Knows) Michel Legrand (composer).
John there are 2 songs I know with ‘In the Summertime’ one by Andy Williams and the other by Mungo Jerry.
Then there is that awful summer one with ONJ and JT.
