Music Video Help

does anyone know the name to a music video where there are four guys driving in a blue car through the city and then they stop on a red light. on the corner of the block right next to it there is an old african american man who sets his boom box on the floor and starts break dancing on the side walk. the light turns green and the song ends. please HELP me.
