Is anyone else awaiting the new Biffy Clyro album only revolutions with excitment? I've listened to some of the songs and they sound brilliant. What everyone else think of the band?

Ive seen them live once in Rock City Nottingham and they were immense!

A fine picture of Simon Neil i believe. So is this you Sim667? if so keep up the good work! if not what's with the photo? great to hear some true scottish rock once more. Only got into the band recently but have become a huge fan since! Loved the first track on Puzzles, blew me away when i first heard it.
Cheers

Cool, didn't realise it was Simon Neil. Or is it? Anyway if so that mint, be like a dream come true to talk to him. Amazing band though. Easily my favourite band. Glad that so many people share my enthusiasm for Biffy Clyro.

My band were lucky enough to tour with them during their second album tour, some of the nicest blokes i have ever met
One of the best bands of the last ten years, if you get chance listen to their older material, Blackened sky is an amazing debut
Vertigo is one of my favourite albums of all time, with some genius riffs on
Mon the Biff

Only became a fan since "Mountains", love the new stuff and just starting to discover the older albums. Did anyone hear the Jo Wiley live lounge tour they did on radio1?, some great acoustic versions.

Saw them last wekk at Barralands in Glasgow - Superb as always!!
Also got Simon to sign my t-shirt with Happy Birthday as it is my birthday the night of the gig!!!! haha
First listen through and very enjoyable album all round. Sounds great when cranked up volume!!
At lots of people are having a bit of a pop at them for heading in a bit more of a commercial route but at the end of the day if that's the route they want then good on them. It's also likely to be a more main stream commercial success and ultimately make some more cash for them and record company!!! It's a much more easy listen than some of the older stuff, which could be heavy going at times but still very good.
I've been listening to them for years and years now (as i'm great pals with Simon's brother) so i say good luck to them and this is a cracking album that i hope gets the recognition from all concerned.
Well worth a purchase!!
