Question Music video name?

Does anyone know the name to a music video where, what I remember, there are four guys in a blue car and they're driving in the city. They come up to a traffic light and it's red so they stop. In the same intersection an old looking man sees them and sets his boom box stereo on the ground. Also a spread out cardboard box and begins to dance over it. The guys see him and then the light turns green they drive off and the song ends.

This is all I know from what I remember. I don't know the lyrics and doubt there were any. I don't know who's the artist or band of who plays that song nor the name of the song.
Please help me.
