Mods - can we talk about bootlegs in this section???

Just wondering if we are allowed to talk about unofficial recordings here - I was gonna post a "what is your favourite bootleg" thread but I realise this may not be allowed - can a mod advise please

Though I'm not a mod, there shouldn't be a problem should there?

Re: Mods - can we talk about bootlegs in this section???

i don't see why not as everyone is reasonable about it. discussing the music is fine, but where or how you got it or where to get it is a no-no, and most definitely no talk of how to get them or links (ie. similar rules to released music/movies/tv shows/software)

be wary that the forums are widely read, so what you say may bring things to the attention of those involved in the music you are discussing, so don't say anything that would cause anyone any problems

Thanks Unique - i know its a bit of a grey area - Im sure there are more than a few people here who collect live shows and I was interested to hear what the best are!

Let the thread commence...
