Question itunes CDDB

EDIT: Don't worry just worked it out, Norton was stopping the connection to CDDB. Mods please close.

I've just started using itunes and I can't get it to recognise CD track data.

It will detect the cd and list the tracks as Track 1, Track2 etc and their lengths but it can't get the names.

I know that it uses CDDB to retrieve data so I checked on there and my cd is listed.

I loaded media player and that picked them up straight away from AMG?

"Advanced>Get CD track names" doesn't do a thing.

Can any itunes users help me out?
