Trying to find a track but don't know the artist or the song title

Bit of a difficult one this, I've had a song going round my head for ages now but I've no idea who it was by or what the title was.

It was out around 1999/2000 and used to be played on the radio quite a lot so am trying to find a website that gives weekly chart listings, but this seems to be quite difficult - anyone know a site that I can use? Hopefully I'll get a clue from that.

The only other clue I have is that it had a chorus which went something like "You're bringing me down, breaking me out......." and had an orchestral break in it that was used in a lot of TV programs (particularly sports programs).

Any ideas?

Nah, definitely wasn't them.

It was out around the same time as The New Radicals (You Get What You Give) and I have a feeling this was a one hit wonder too - maybe by a bloke who was Scandinavian?
