Help find a song by a vidoe description! Pretty please!

I'm trying to help someone to find this song.. he is convinced it is a Placebo song, but I'm 100% sure it is not, and if it is, than the video is fan made or something..
Anyway, this is how he described it:

"All I have is him(or an actor) walking down a school corridor towards the camera which is backing away. There's lots going on in the background with kids going to and from class with the occasional one bumping into him.
The song itself, well now that's the problem isn't it ! Not too fast but not too slow (! wow helpful !) and as I mentioned I have an odd recollection it may be about not 'fitting in' or teenage angst ,that type of thing.
Again,as far as I can remember the video was portraying the character as being bumped on purpose and picked on."

That's it. Hope you can help.
Thanks in advance,
Anna

edit:vidoe.. genius me.

I'm pretty sure it's called "Nancy Boy" by, as you say, Placebo.

IIRC, MTV used it as an ident on their TV channel.

EDIT - looks like it's not on youtube, not in the UK anyway.

I don't think it is the Nancy Boy video, Isn't that the one where the band is all distorted and playing in front of a multi-coloured background with like a bathtub full of legs and other weird objects?

The only videos I can think are:
'Bittersweet Symphony' by The Verve where the singer is walking down a busy street with people walking into him
and
'I Disappear' by Metallica where one of the band members is struggling to walk through a crowd of businessmen in black suits

but neither of those are in corridors sorry I couldn't be of more help!

Ah...it all makes sense now.

Legacy, you are right, the official video isn't what the OP is describing.

He is describing what MTV used as an accomanying video to the song. As I mentioned, it was some kind of station ident inbetween ad breaks.

...here it is:

Artie Fufkin Thanks a lot!
I just knew there are no school corridors in any Placebo video.

Guessing videos is like a murder investigation game^^
