Thanks: Gave 64, Got 121 | play.com customer service email address??
Hi all, does anyone know an email address for play.com?
I should have received a £10 voucher about a month ago but haven't.
The only contact they list is a premium rate 0845 number which just keeps you on hold for ages.

" definately works as I emailed and got a reply from that address a couple of weeks back. "
That is from my reference file but the information is several months old.
I hope that it works for you.
Good Luck,
Arnold.

0845 is lo-call rate , not premium rate.
If you look on saynoto0870.com you'll find a regular 01 number for them.
An email address of Play is as easy to get hold of as it is for Ebay these days.
Play have grown too large and CS has suffered big time.
IIRC the email address in the other post is no longer accepting emails - or at least the address is not checked

Can confirm that the customercare@play.com seems to be working but like others have reported I too am p***ed off with the Play.com attitude i.e. advertise items at low prices, get orders, wait till sufficient orders have been received then (and then only) supply the goods.
I've just emailed them to ask them to change their name to 'Playeventually.com' |
