Re: New TV reccomendations

Battlestar Galactica.

Don't dismiss me, you'll get the same amount of politics and hard-hitting character drama you get in The West Wing. That's my recommendation anyhow.

Re: New TV reccomendations

Comedy? Hmm - Two And A Half Men, Californication, The Big Bang Theory - I would say Reaper but that got cancelled after 2 seasons and there's nothing worse than getting into a series and it getting canned - Terminator Sarah Conner Chronicles

What can I say about Heroes - people with 'superhuman abilities - flying, invisibilty, time travel & teleportation, you name it you got it really in a the good ol battle between good and evil) it starts well in series 1, admittedly it takes a bit of a dip in 2 & 3 but hopefully new series is back with a bang

Also you didn't mention giving The Unit a go - this is one of my favs American Military series with Robert Patrick (T-1000?? from Terminator 2), Dennis Haysbert who played President Palmer in 24 and Scott Foley who had a bit role in Scrubs as Elliots boyfriend Sean.

Re: New TV recommendations

Access to Sky? "House" starts series 6 next Sunday, Sky 1 (&HD) 9pm.
One of the very best programmes around,in my opinion of course.

Re: New TV recommendations

"Curb Your Enthusiasm" and
"It's Always Sunny in Philadelphia" are the funniest things to me but make sure you watch them in order
you might like OZ or even Dark Angel if you watched Alias
