Have I missed a season of Sarah Connor

I have just started watching Sarah Connor on Virgin1, I am assuming it is seaon 2. The last thing I remember before trading my Bluray version of SERIES 1 was the Terminator wiping out an FBI swat team and throwin g them in a swimming pool. What have I missed ?
