The Flipside of Dominick Hide (1980)

"Play for Today" The Flipside of Dominick Hide (1980)

Watched this last night and thoroughly enjoyed it. Yet to watch it's follow up (Another Flip for Dominick - 1982) but can certainly recommend the first if you enjoy such films as the Terminator and other time-travel stories.

Great considering it was just a "Play for Today" - i.e. relatively cheaply made by the good old BBC.

Anybody else seen it?

Yes, watched both of these plays when first transmitted and bought them on DVD a couple of years back - under a fiver on Amazon now I note!
Always thought the story would've made a good serial.... who knows maybe the BBC will look at it now they've remade Survivors and with Day of the Triffids due to be re-done next year - glad they're both getting the HD treatment too

Yes they were first rate and before Terminator as I recall.
