sex and the city

hello everyone

My question is, will sex and the city ever be on bluray? My girlfriend loves the show and I quite like it myself, we went to see the film which I think is a huge success.

However I think the original program was not shot in 16.9 much like friends which doesnt matter really , but makes me wonder if it were to go blu whether it would be any good

Any thoughts?

Friends was 4:3, wasn't it? Or did they switch later?

And I'm sure Sex and the City will appear on BD eventually... you'd have to ask the studio though!

I would expect the film to make an appearance in about 3 months, however I dont think you will see the series for a good while (if ever). I would just get the dvd's mate, as there will be little improvement in quality to be honest, and considering the knock down price you can get the dvd sets for very little justification with so many other goodies coming out

Re: sex and the city

is it? well we've got the series on dvd, all single box sets - i thought there might not be much improvement with blu cos it wasnt filmed on film was it, and i guess the cameras they used wouldnt have been up to much

yeah getting the film defo, good film for anyone who hasnt seen it, although i think you need to be a fan to appreciated it fully.
